Jesus, 

Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. 

I confess that I am a sinner and I repent of my sins 

and for every way I rejected your love for me. 

Forgive my sins and purify me with your blood. 

Holy Spirit you are welcome in my mind, heart, soul & spirit.

Jesus,  I believe that you are the Son of God, who died on the cross 

and was resurrected on the third day. I receive you as my Lord and savior.
